How to Build Your Workout Plan

  1. Set Duration: Use slider (1 day to 6 months)
  2. Select Start Date: Choose when to begin
  3. Add Exercises: Click "Add Exercise" to browse library
  4. Customize: Edit sets, reps, and weight for each exercise
  5. Mark Rest Days: Convert days to rest or leave empty
  6. Duplicate (Optional): Repeat workout pattern with rest days
  7. Save Plan: Store your custom program
